- TRACKING DETAILS will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery times may vary, and we cannot be responsible for shipping delays once your order has been collected by our shipping partner. In the event your order takes longer than expected, we suggest you contact the courier with your tracking details.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their delivery details and product order are correct upon checkout.
- All orders are sent via standard shipping unless you select Express.
- If delivery is “Returned to Sender” due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the parcel from a designated post office or outlet, the order may incur a Return to Sender fee, and we cannot refund original shipping charges.
- Some countries may charge an entry tax for you to accept your product, this is the recipient's responsibility and cost
