Returns Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your new Max & Blu purchase! We ask that you choose your product and size carefully using our Size Guide.   If you do need to make an exchange, we will make it easy.  We are happy to accept returns on all pieces within 21 days of your products’ delivery and in accordance with the policy below: -

  • Return at your own cost within 21 days of products’ delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition and have not been used or washed.
  • Tags must still be attached and in their original packaging.
  • No return on sale items or gift cards.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (excluding shipping cost) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • An administration fee may be charged for a 'change of mind' reason or at our discretion.


Returns Process

To start a return, you can contact us at with the following:

  1. Order number / Proof of Purchase
  2. Item/s that you wish to return including a photo
  3. Reason for your return

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item and suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service.  We are unable to refund/exchange lost items that we have not received.


Faulty and Defective Goods

We have tried our best to ensure each product meets the high-quality standards we have set. Each product is inspected before shipping, however, if your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at complete with your order number and a clear photo of the fault.

All products are covered by statutory warranties, that is, we warrant the products free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purpose for which they were made.  All products will meet these requirements for at least 90 days from the date of purchase.  Beyond this date, we are not liable to replace/refund faults.

Warranty is voided as per Australian Consumer Law if products are damaged as a result of use, such as but not limited to: -

  1. Damage as a result of seawater.
  2. Damage as a result of a dog chewing.
  3. Damage as a result of misuse.
  4. General wear and tear.
