Returns & Refunds

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for eligible items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags and packaging and proof of purchase. Items must be free from pet hair, marks, odours and signs of use.

Approved refunds go to your original payment method. No restocking fees.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Final sale items and gift cards are excluded, except where required by law.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order for a different size or style.
